Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n hallitus piti yhdennentoista kokouksensa 13.9.2021. Alla tiivistelmä kokouksen tärkeimmistä kohdista ja tämän sähköpostin liitteenä kokouspöytäkirja.
*Tulevat tapahtumat:*
*Fuksisuunnistus *järjestetään 15.9.2021. Suunnistuksessa on tällä hetkellä ainakin 13 rastia. OLuT ry ei järjestä Fuksisuunnistuksen jatkoja.
*Fuksisitsit *järjestetään torstaina 30.9.2021. Ilmoittautuminen sitseille aukeaa maanantaina 20.9.2021. Jos sitseille tulee perumisia, niin sitseille voi etsiä itselleen korvaavan osallistujan. Sitseille kutsutaan vieraaksi myös luonnontieteellisten kiltojen puheenjohtajat. Tapahtumaan ei osallistuta kipeänä, eikä flunssaoireisena.
*Futisturnaus *järjestetään aikaisintaan 26.9.2021. Ainejärjestöiltä peritään 5 € ilmoittautumismaksu.
*Jouluristeily *seilataan 2.-3.12.2021. Selvitetään, miten jonotus onnistuu, järjestetään uusi tapahtumapalaveri, mikäli jonotus ei onnistu perinteisellä tavalla. Jonotus tapahtuu alustavasti 23.-24.9.2021. Liput myydään perjantaina 24.9. aikaisin aamulla.
*Kaskin kanssa* järjestettävästä tapahtumasta ei ole vielä tarkempaa tietoa, mutta tapahtuma tullaan järjestämään. Mahdollisesti jotain baaritapahtumaa on kaavailtu. Mahdollisesti Humanistinen kilta, OTY ja OLuT järjestävät yhdessä The Pikkujoulut alustavasti marraskuun lopulla.
*Vuosijuhlat järjestetään Alppimajalla 30.10.2021*. Lipun hinnaksi on kaavailtu 75 €. Tämänhetkiset koronarajoitukset eivät rajaa osallistujamäärää alle 100. Fuksit pääsevät osallistumaan mm. työntekijöiksi ja sillisbileisiin Teekkaritalolle, mutta heillä on myös mahdollisuus osallistua itse iltajuhlaan. Teekkaritalo on varattu kahdeksi illaksi. Alumneille kaavailtu lipun hinta on noin 85 €.
Jos vuosijuhlat joudutaan perumaan, pyritään tekemään se hyvissä ajoin.

Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry board had its 11th meeting for this year on the 13th of September. Below a short summary from the meeting and attached to this e-mail the meeting minutes (in Finnish).
*Upcoming and cancelled events:*
*Freshman Orienteering *15.9.2021. There are currently at least 13 checkpoints along the route. OLuT ry does not organize after parties.
*Fuksisitsit *30.9.2021. Registration for the event will open on Monday, September 20, 2021. If there are cancellations, then the one cancelling can find a person to replace their spot. The chairpeople of the natural sciences guilds are also invited as guests of the Sitsit. Don’t attend the event if you feel sick.
*The football tournament *will be held no earlier than September 26, 2021. A registration fee of 5 € is charged from the attending guilds.
*The Christmas cruise *will be sailed on December 2-3, 2021. The OLuT board will find out how the queuing is going to happen. Queuing for the tickets will take place from 23 to 24 September 2021. Tickets will be sold on Friday 24.9. early in the morning.
*Event with Kaski*, there is no more detailed information about the event, but the event will be organized eventually. This will possibly be some sort of a bar event. Possibly the Humanist Guild, OTY and OLuT will organize The Pikkujoulut in late November.
*OLuT-Anniversary Ball *will be held at the Alppimaja on October 30, 2021. The ticket price is planned to be 75 € from students. The current COVID-19 restrictions do not limit the number of participants to less than 100. Freshmen can participate e.g., as employees and to the Sillis-parties for Teekkaritalo, but they also can participate in the evening party themselves. The teekkaritalo is booked for two evenings. The ticket price for alumni is going to be around 85 €.
If the anniversary must be canceled, efforts will be made to do so in good time*.*
