Our Biological Physics group (Dept Physics, Tampere Univ of Tech, Finland) has 3-5 open positions for postdoctoral scientists and PhD students in computational biological physics and related fields (biophysics, bioinformatics, physics, chemistry, pharmacology, etc.). A strong background in computational sciences in one or several of these fields is appreciated.
The research topics we explore are related to membrane associated proteins, lipid-protein interactions, lipoproteins, and other topics related to health and disease. The projects will be done in close collaborations with several 1st class experimental teams.
