Dear all,

So that we do not get deluged by requests for extensions to the Pro gradu due to Christmas, we have a policy that all Pro Gradu work that include Christmas automatically get a one week extension (no application needed).

If you are unable to work for more than one week, then please send in the usual request for an extension (signed by you and your supervisor) stating clearly the dates you could not work and why.

Note that the policy is that we only usually grant extensions if the period of absence / being unable to work  is at least one working week.
