Alkaako sisällä olo ja kouluhommat tuntua istumalihaksissa, kaipaatko arkeesi vaihtelua? Ei hätää, huhtikuun alusta starttaa hyvinvointihaaste ja haastammekin kaikki Oulun Luonnontieteilijät mukaan kyseiseen haasteeseen!
Tarkoituksena on piristää ja takoa energiaa kiireisen kevään keskelle. *Huhtikuun Hyvinvointihaaste järjestetään 1.-30.4.2021*, jonka aikana keskitytään hyvinvoinnin eri osa-alueisiin, niin henkiseen, sosiaaliseen kuin fyysiseenkin.
Kaikkien haasteeseen osallistuneiden kesken arvotaan *XXL Sports & Outdoor* *– lahjakortteja*. Haasteeseen osallistuminen on yksinkertaista: Suorita tämän viestin liitteenä olevan bingopohjan aktiviteetteja, ota kuva, video tai muu vastaava todisteeksi ja toimita se sähköpostitse* sihteeri@olut-ry.fi sihteeri@olut-ry.fi *tai laita kuva/video Instagramiin (tarina tai postaus) ja tägää sen yhteyteen *@olut.ry*. Are you getting tired of constantly sitting inside with nothing else to do other than school work? We might have a solution for you!
The well-being challenge will start at the beginning of April and we will challenge all of you to join us!
The aim is to brighten up and get some energy in the middle of a busy spring. *The April Well-being Challenge will be held from 1 to 30 April 2021*, during which the focus will be on various aspects of well-being, both mental, social, and physical.
The winners of* XXL Sports & Outdoor gift cards* will be drawn among all participants in the challenge. Participating in the challenge is simple: Do the activities of the bingo template attached to this post, take a picture, video or something similar as proof and send it by e-mail to *sihteeri@olut-ry.fi sihteeri@olut-ry.fi* or put the picture/video on Instagram (story or post) and tag *@olut.ry*. The winners will be contacted after the end of April!
*Attention!* You are in the draw after completing at least one challenge from the bingo template. You can improve your chances of winning by completing all challenges of the bingo row either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
