Etsimme gradu-opiskelijaa projektiimme, jossa tutkimme hypoksia-altistusta (hapenpuute) mahdollisena hoitokeinona raskausdiabetekseen hiirillä. Projektiin kuuluu työskentelyä hiirten kanssa sekä kudos- ja muita analyysejä laboratoriossa erilaisilla biokemiallisilla, molekyylibiologisilla ja histologisilla menetelmillä. Koe-eläinkurssin suoritus on edellytys projektissa työskentelemiselle. Opiskelija pääsee aloittamaan projektissa heti, viimeistään 1.3.2019.

We are looking for a graduate student to a project studying hypoxic exposure (oxygen deficiency) as a possible treatment for gestational diabetes in mice. The project involves working with mice, as well as tissue and other laboratory analyzes with various biochemical, molecular biology and histological methods. Licence to carry out experimental animal work is a prerequisite. The student can start the project immediately, no later than 1.3.2019.
