Haku on auki 27.1. asti.
Hallopedit ovat opiskelijaedustajia, jotka tuovat opiskelijan ääntä esiin tiedekunnan päätöksenteossa. Halloped-hommat ovat oiva mahdollisuus tutustua henkilökuntaan ja vaikuttaa tiedekunnan tulevaisuuteen. Lisäksi hallopedit saavat 41,20 € kokouspalkkiota
per kokous.
Tiedekunnan johtoryhmä toimii dekaanin apuna tiedekunnan johtamisessa ja kehittämisessä sekä strategisten linjausten toimeenpanossa. Johtoryhmä kokoustaa maksimissaan kerran kuussa.
Koulutustoimikunta vastaa tiedekunnan koulutuksen toimenpideohjelman ja opetussuunnitelmien valmistelusta. Lisäksi se arvioi koulutustoiminnan laatua. Koulutustoimikunta kokoustaa kerran kuussa.
Tiedekuntahallitus hoitaa tiedekunnan hallintoa dekaanin ja johtoryhmän ohella. Tiedekuntahallituksen tehtäviin kuuluu muun muassa tiedekunnan toiminta- ja taloussuunnitelman sekä henkilöstösuunnitelman hyväksyminen. Tiedekuntahallitus myös ohjaa henkilöstön
ja opiskelijoiden tiedottamista tiedekunnan asioista. Tiedekuntahallitus kokoontuu muutaman kerran vuodessa.

OYY is looking for student representatives of administration, also known as hallopeds, for the following committees:
The positions are open for applications until 27.1.
Hallopeds are student representatives who serve as the voice of students in the decision-making of the faculty. Halloped duties are a great opportunity to get acquainted with staff and to influence the future of the facility. In addition, hallopeds receive
a €41.20 bonus for each meeting they attend.
The management group of the faculty aids the dean in leading and developing the faculty, as well as the implementation of strategic decisions. The management group has a maximum of one meeting per month.
The education committee is in charge of preparing the action plan of education and the curriculums. It also evaluates the quality of education. The education committee has meetings once a month.
The board of the faculty handles the management of the faculty alongside the dean and the management group. The board's tasks include, among other things, approval of the faculty’s action and financial plan as well as its personnel plan. The board also guides
the communication of the faculty's affairs to the personnel and students. The board gathers a few times a year.
