Histoni ry:n vuosijuhlia on päätetty siirtää ja uusi päivämäärä on 14.5. Syynä tähän on vallitseva epävarma koronatilanne. Pyrimme kaikesta huolimatta varmistamaan mahdollisimman terveysturvalliset, mutta ikimuistoiset juhlat. Pohdimme pitkään, voidaanko juhlia edes järjestää sellaisenaan, mutta mikään muu ratkaisu ei tuntunut oikealta tavalta juhlistaa jo puoli vuosisataa kukoistanutta rakasta ainejärjestöämme. Pyydämme kuitenkin kärsivällisyyttä ja ymmärrystä painiessamme alati muuttuvien olosuhteiden kanssa.

 

Tietoomme tuli, ettei tiedotus vuosijuhlien siirrosta ole tavoittanut kaikkia, joten toivomme tämän viestin myötä tiedon löytävän kaikki juhlista kiinnostuneet. Histonin hallitus ja vuosijuhlatiimi yhdessä pahoittelevat vielä aiheutunutta sekaannusta.

The 50th Anniversary Ball of Histoni ry has been postponed to 14.5. The reason for this is the current uncertainty of the epidemic. We aim to organize as health secure a celebration as possible and wish to make the Ball unforgettable. We thought long and hard about whether we could even have the ball as it is, but no other solution felt like the right way to celebrate our beloved Guild thriving for half a century. However, we ask for patience and understanding as we battle the constantly changing circumstances.

 

It has come to our knowledge that the information about the new date has not reached everyone, so we hope that it does so with this message. The Board of Histoni and the organizers of the Anniversary Ball apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
