Hyvä killan jäsen,

Killan on aika valita vuoden 2017 hallitus ja toimihenkilöt! Olette lämpimästi tervetulleita killan sääntömääräiseen syysvuosikokoukseen huomenna eli tiistaina 15.11. klo 18 Mannenkadun saunalla (Mannenkatu 1 B). Tämä on tärkeä tilaisuus kaikille jäsenille vaikuttaa killan toimintaan seuraavalla kaudella. Tule siis paikalle äänestämään tai asettumaan ehdolle!

Luvassa on kokouskahvit ja -nisut sekä sauna lämpiää eli omat pyyhkeet ja pullot mukaan! Paikalla tarjotaan myös pikkunaposteltavaa sekä juomista!

Jos haluat asettua ehdolle johonkin tehtävään, mutta et pääse paikalle syysvuosikokoukseen ota yhteyttä killan puheenjohtajaan (puheenjohtaja@histoni.fi).

Dear members of the guild,

The time has come for the guild to select the board members and officials of the guild for the term 2017. You are all warmly invited to the annual Autumn meeting of the guild on tomorrow (Tuesday 15.11.) starting at 6 PM at the sauna cabinet of Mannenkatu (Mannenkatu 1 B). This is an important opportunity for the members of the guild to affect the policies of the guild on the following year. Please do come to vote or nominate yourself!

There will be some coffee, pulla (baked rolls) and sauna will be warm during this meeting! So bring your own towel and refreshments! We will also serve some snacks and refreshments.

If you want to nominate yourself for a role but can't come to the Autumn general meeting, you can also do it by contacting chairman of guild (puheenjohtaja@histoni.fi).
