The Biochemical and biomedical innovation course (740381A) is now open for registration for BSc, MSc and PhD students. The course covers all the basics associated with innovation, the why, how etc plus basics of IP and patents. Most of the course is taught by people from research services, OBS etc. It is 2cp/op for the lectures/seminars and 5cp/op if you submit an innovation idea.

Associated with the course is the Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine Innovation Award. This is an annual prize from the faculty of 5000 euro to develop the idea awarded to the MSc/BSc student who put forward the best innovation idea (PhD students innovation ideas are instead eligible for university support).

This year the course will also be open to students from the medical faculty so if you are interested please sign up early as places are limited.
