Joka toinen viikko sähköpostiin kilahtava Histonews kokoaa yhteen tulevat tapahtumat ja muut tärkeät ilmoitusasiat. Alta löytyy linkki, jonka kautta on mahdollista antaa hallitukselle palautetta tai kehitysideoita milloin tahansa.

Ilmoitusasiat:
* Histoni hakee toista OLuT-vastaavaa! OLuT-vastaavan pestissä pääset edustamaan Histonia Oulun luonnontieteilijöiden kattojärjestö OLuT ry:n hallituksessa yhdessä toisen vastaavan kanssa, ja tuomaan esille biokemistien näkemystä luonnontieteilijöiden yhteisiin tekemisiin. OLuT-vastaavan pesti on hyvä mahdollisuus päästä verkostoitumaan poikkitieteellisesti. Jos pesti OLuT ry:n hallituksessa kiinnostaa, ole yhteydessä Histonin hallitukseen! Lisäksi haetaan liikuntavastaavaa, graafikkoa ja excu-vastaavaa.
* Histonin kunniatyöryhmään haetaan edelleen jäseniä! Kunniatyöryhmän tarkoitus on esittää kunniamerkkejä Histonin toimintaa edistäneille tai muutoin ansioituneille entisille tai nykyisille jäsenille. Kunniamerkit jaetaan Histonin vuosijuhlilla. Hae mukaan alla olevalla lomakkeella!

* Käy Kontinkankaan kiltahuoneella askartelemassa joulukortteja ystäväkilloille! Askartelutarvikkeita on kiltahuoneen pöydältä, ja lista killoista löytyy ilmoitustaululta. Mahdollisuus askarrella on myös Histonin pikkujouluissa.
* Haku hallinnon opiskelijaedustajaksi eli hallopediksi kaudelle 2026-2027 on nyt auki! Hakuaikaa on 30.11. saakka. Lisätietoja ja hakulomakkeen löydät OYY:n nettisivuilta.

Tulevat tapahtumat:
* 10.12. / Pikkujoulut
Histonin pikkujoulut järjestetään Tetralla 10.12. klo 18.00 alkaen. Pikkujoulujen ohjelma alkaa n. klo 18.30. Luvassa on vuosikurssien järjestämää ohjelmaa, Secret santa ja yhteistä jouluista tekemistä. Lipun hinta on Histonin jäsenille 3 € ja muille 5 €. Secret santaan voit osallistua max 5 € lahjalla, ja osallistuessasi saat myös itse lahjan.
Pikkujoulujen jälkeen siirrytään yhdessä jatkoille Satumaahan.

* Histoni is looking for a second OLuT representative! As a representative you will get to represent Histoni at OLuT (Umbrella guild of the natural sciences at Oulu) board meetings. If you are interested, please contact a Histoni board member.
* Histoni’s honorary committee is still looking for members! The honorary committee will choose former or current guild members who have contributed significantly to the activities of the guild, and those individuals will be awarded with honorary merit patches during the upcoming Histoni’s 55th anniversary. If you are interested, please apply through the link below!

* You can now make Christmas cards for other guilds in the Kontinkangas guild room! There are supplies on the table and you can also find a list of the other guilds on the white board. It is also possible to make cards at the Histoni Christmas party.
* Call for student representatives of administration for the term of 2026-2027 is now open! Apply before 30.11. You can find more information and the application form on the OYY website.

Upcoming events:
* 10.12. / Histoni’s Christmas party
Histoni’s Christmas Party will be held at Tetra on 10th of December starting at 6 pm. Activities will start around 6.30 pm. Each study year will have a little activity or performance. There will also be Christmas food and a Secret Santa. You can bring a gift (max 5 €) and you will then receive one. Tickets for the Christmas Party are 3 € for Histoni members and 5 € for others. We will continue to the afterparty at Satumaa together.
