Histoni ry:n hallitus on päättänyt 10.11. ja 3.12. pidetyissä hallituksen kokouksissaan toteuttaa OYY:n suosittaman muutoksen jäsenrekisteriinsä.
OYY on toivonut, että ainejärjestöt luopuisivat ikuisuusjäsenyydestä ja tätä silmällä pitäen Histoni ry teki sääntöihinsä muutoksia vuoden 2019 syyskokouksessa. Säännöt hyväksyttiin ja ne astuivat voimaan 6.3.2020.
Uusien sääntöjen puitteissa Histoni ry on päättänyt muuttaa vuoden 2021 aikana ennen 2016 liittyneiden killan jäsenten jäsenyyden vastaamaan killan uudistettujen sääntöjen vastaavaa jäsenyyden muotoa. Linjaus perustuu kevätkokouksessa 2020 tehtyyn päätökseen.
Vuoden 2021 hallitus perii siis kaikilta ennen vuotta 2016 liittyneiltä jäseniltä asianmukaiset jäsenmaksut ensi vuoden aikana. Tätä varten kiltamme hallitus 2020 on päättänyt kerätä jäsenistöltämme ajankohtaiset yhteystiedot ennen vuotta 2016 liittyneiltä jäseniltä laskutusta varten.

The board of Histoni ry has decided at its meetings held on 10.11. and 3.12. to make the changes to our guild’s member register as per the recommendations by OYY.
OYY has wished that student associations would give up eternal memberships and with this in mind, Histoni ry updated its rules at the Annual Autumn meeting of 2019. The new rules were accepted 6.3.2020 and have then been applied.
With the change in the rules in mind, Histoni ry has decided to change the membership status of the members who have joined before 2016 to each person’s corresponding membership category during the year 2021. The decision has been made as per the decision of Annual Spring meeting 2020.
During the 2021, the board will bill everyone who has joined before 2016 the proper membership fee. For this purpose, our guild’s board 2020 has decided to collect up-to-date contact information from these members.
