It really isn´t difficult to click links and provide answers for year long traditions. To those whom aren´t familiar. FBMM has a tradition to award their most motivating and competent young teachers based on a student vote. This award is usually given during the feedback day but due to the lack of responses, this years´nomination had to be postponed. As a result here´s a new questionnaire. We also provide the most updated faculty staff poster to make it easier to connect names to faces.

Introduction.

Due to the past suboptimal response rate of histoni members to our questionnaires. The scientific community  has come up with a novel approach to response induction among histoni members. This modern methodology includes the utilization of visual ques within the poll. We hypothesize that the use of visual ques would reduce the emotional and cognitive stress caused by the task of name-face pattern recognition and matching skills, which are essential to the ability to provide meaningful answers to our questionnaires. In the following experiment we predispose our test subjects to two-dimensional coloured pictures taken of staff members and placed in close proximity with their corresponding names. In the text used we also express the research group association of each member to act as a trick question and to cause confusion among the test recipients. We will then take a look at the performance of our test subjects and compare them to our previous experiment in March, which did not include visual ques. By doing so we hope to better understand the root cause of Histoni behavior.
