Ilmoitusasiat: 

• Vuosijuhlille on saatu neuvoteltua muutama lisäpaikka, joille ilmoittautuminen aukeaa keskiviikkona 4.5. klo. 12:00 oheisen linkin kautta. https://histoniry.fi/vuosijuhlailmoittautuminen/ 

 

• Hallituksen uudeksi Linnanmaan kiltahuonevastaavaksi on valittu Jesse Kontiokari.

 

Tulevat tapahtumat:  

• 4.5. Etikettikoulutus 

Kaikki vuosijuhlien etiketistä selviää etikettikoulutuksessa Kontinkankaan kampuksella luentosalissa P117 klo. 19-20. Tarjolla on pientä purtavaa. Fuksit voivat myös palauttaa fuksipassejaan täällä.  

 

• 5.5. Histonin tanssitreenit vol. 2 

Vuosijuhlilla tanssittavia tansseja harjoitellaan Kastellin monitoimitalon C-salin 1. lohkossa (sama paikka kuin liikuntavuoroilla) klo. 20:15-21:30 (tansseina foksi ja cicapo). 

 

• 6.5. Palautepäivä ja tiedekunta vs. opiskelijat jalkapallo-ottelu 

Tiedekunnan vuotuisessa palautepäivässä käydään läpi opiskelijoiden antamaa palautetta. Lisäksi kuullaan, mitä uusia asioita on tulossa. Palautepäivä järjestetään Kontinkankaalla luentosalissa F101 klo. 13 alkaen. Ennen tilaisuutta tarjolla on kahvia ja pullaa. Vuoden fuksi julkistetaan palautepäivässä.  

Klo. 15:30-16:30 pelataan perinteinen tiedekunta vs. opiskelijat jalkapallo-ottelu Kastellin monitoimitalon kentällä. Tämän jälkeen ilta jatkuu grillailun ja saunomisen merkeissä osoitteessa: Kurkelantie 11.  

 

• 9.5. Vuosijuhlakahvit 

Kontinkankaan kampuksen kiltahuoneelle (Konnussa) on kahvitarjoilu klo. 12-16 välillä. Kiltiksellä voi käydä nauttimassa ilmaiset kakkukahvit itselle sopivaan aikaan.  

 

• 12.5. Lajikokeilu 

Lajikokeilu pitää sisällään mm. akrobatiaa kamppailulajiohjaajan ohjeistuksella. Koska kokeilun paikkana on SuperPark, pääsee siellä kokeilemaan muitakin aktiviteetteja klo. 18-20 välillä, 14 € hintaan.  

 

• 13.5. 50-vuotisjuhlasymposium 

Histonin, BMTK:n ja Oulun biotieteellisen seuran yhdessä järjestämä 50-vuotisjuhlasymposium aloittaa vuosijuhlaviikonlopun aikamatkalla (Oulussa) biokemian opiskelun alkuajoilta, nykyhetken kautta tulevaisuuden näkymiin. Symposium järjestetään klo. 14-17 Kontinkankaalla luentosalissa K101. Tilaisuudessa on kahvitarjoilu.

 

• 14.5. Vuosijuhlien Cocktail-tilaisuus & iltajuhla 

Vuosijuhlien kohokohta eli iltajuhla järjestetään klo. 18 alkaen Ravintola Rauhalassa. Ennen sitä pidetään Cocktail-tilaisuus Kortteliravintola Voimala 1889:ssä klo. 16-18. Iltajuhlan jatkoille siirrytään taas samassa pihapiirissä sijaitsevaan Voimalaan.  

 

• 15.5. Silliaamiainen & Päättäjäisbileet 

Silliaamiainen järjestetään klo. 12-18 Loositalolla ja klo. 18 alkaen Kantakrouvissa. Pukukoodi on Prinsessat ja Prinssit + haalarit. Tarjolla on hieman purtavaa ja juotavaa, mutta Loositalolla myös OPM x2. Vuoden fuksi palkitaan päättäjäisbileissä.

Announcements:  

• We have been able to negotiate a few extra spots for the Anniversary Ball. The registration for these opens on Wednesday 4.5. at 12:00 via the link. https://histoniry.fi/vuosijuhlailmoittautuminen/ 

 

• Jesse Kontiokari has been chosen as the new Guild room representative for the Guild room on Linnanmaa Campus. 

  

Upcoming events:  

• 4.5. Etiquette training 

Here you’ll learn everything you need to know about the etiquette for the Anniversary Ball. The training takes place in lecture hall P117 on Kontinkangas Campus. Snacks are available. Freshmen can also return their freshmen passes here.  

 

• 5.5. Dance rehearsal vol.2 

The dances to be danced in the Anniversary Ball will be practiced in the 1^st block of the C-hall of the Kastellin monitoimitalo (in the same place as the sports shifts) from 20:15-21:30 (dances to be practiced are foxtrot and cicapo).  

 

• 6.5. The feedback day of FBMM & The faculty vs. students football match 

The annual feedback day of FBMM reviews the feedback from students. In addition, we will hear about new things that are coming. The feedback day will be held on Kontinkangas Campus in lecture hall F101 starting at 13. There will be coffee and buns available before the event. The Freshman of the year will be announced at the event.  

After the feedback day, from 15:30-16:30, the traditional Faculty vs. Students Football match will be played on the field of Kastellin monitoimitalo. After the match, the evening continues with a BBQ and a sauna on Kurkelantie 11. Bring your own food/drinks and a towel.  

 

• 9.5. Anniversary Coffee 

There will be a coffee service in the Guild room on Kontinkangas Campus between 12 and 16. You can come and enjoy some free coffee and cake at a time that suits you.  

 

• 12.5. Sports introduction  

The sports introduction includes acrobatics under the guidance of a martial arts instructor. Since the venue is SuperPark, you can try other activities as well at 18-20 for the price of 14 €. 

 

• 13.5. 50^th Anniversary Symposium 

The 50^th Anniversary Symposium, organized by Histoni, FBMM, and OBS, will start the Anniversary weekend with a trip through time, as there are speeches about the first days of biochemistry at the University of Oulu, the event of the present day, and finally, a peek to the future. The symposium will be held from 14-17 in lecture hall K101 on Kontinkangas Campus. There will be coffee served at the event.  

 

• 14.5. The 50^th Anniversary Ball 

The highlight of the Anniversary celebration, the Anniversary Ball, will be held at 18 in Restaurant Rauhala. Before that, there will be a Cocktail event in Kortteliravintola Voimala 1889 from 16-18. The after-party will also take place at Voimala, which is located in the same yard as Rauhala.  

  

• 15.5. Silliaamiainen & End of The Academic Year -Party 

The event will be held from 12-18 in Loositalo, and from 18 in Kantakrouvi. The dress code is Princesses and Princes + overalls. There will be some snacks and drinks, but do bring your own bottles and towels. The freshman of the year will be rewarded at the End of the Academic Year Party.
