PRO-GRADU PROJECT ON Wnt4 signaling in adult kidney.

A Pro-gradu student positions are available in Developmental Biology research group in the Faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine, University of Oulu.

The pro-gradu projects will focus on understanding how Wnt4 is implicated in the development of chronic kidney disease. We are especially interested in the role of Wnt4 signaling and its interacting partners carrying different experiment based on cell lines and mouse line using Western blot, qPCR and pull-down assay followed by ChIPqCR.
