Are you a student that didn’t get to participate in the Self-Hack, because you weren’t a freshman? Have you lost your way in life? Worry no more!

We are organizing a Self-Hack Workshop and this time anybody can join. It is about taking a well-deserved breather and to actually observe the choices you have made up until this moment in your life, and to also plan the future. This kind of reflection may even help deciding your minor.

You can also just take part and get info about Self-Hack. In the Workshop you are presented with the principles of Self-Hack and also some key exercises from the playbook. We hope that it will provide you with some useful tools to evaluate your life and also change its course - if needed. You can also come by just to see that you are on the right path!

The Workshop will be held in English. Playbooks are available in English and Finnish.

Coffee will be served free of charge after the lunch.

Edellytyksenä on, että sinulla on opinnäytetyöllesi nimetty ohjaaja tutkinto-ohjelmassasi ja olet jo aloittanut opinnäytetyön tekemisen. 3. YTHS:n ryhmät fysioterapiaan, ravitsemukseen ja mielen hyvinvointiin

Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiön kevätohjelmaan kuuluu hyvinvointia lisääviä verkkokursseja ja ryhmätoimintaa. Oulussa on alkamassa tällä viikolla fysioterapiaryhmä ja maaliskuussa alkaa ryhmä yksinäisyyden tunnetta kokeville. 4. Nyytin chatit helmikuussa

Nyytin chat on paikka yhteiselle ajatusten ja kokemusten vaihdolle. Ryhmämuotoisessa chatissa jutellaan erilaisista opiskelijan arkea ja elämää koskettavista aihepiireistä. Chatteja järjestetään torstaisin klo 18 – 20.00.
