Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n kevään 2024 liittokokous pidetään torstaina 5.9. kello 17:00 Oulun yliopiston Linnanmaan kampuksella luokkahuoneessa PR101. Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille. Kokouksessa käsiteltävät asiat sekä liittokokouksen valtakirja ovat viestin liitteenä. Liittokokousedustajille tarvitaan allekirjoitettu valtakirja, joka tulee esittää ennen kokouksen alkua kokouksen puheenjohtajalle.
Oulun luonnontieteilijöiden hallituksen rahastonhoitaja on ilmoittanut puheenjohtajalla eroavansa tehtävästään. Liittokokouksessa valitaan uusi rahastonhoitaja hallitukseen loppu vuoden ajaksi. Pestiin etsitään ensisijaisesti Atlas ry: n jäsentä, mutta myös muista jäsenkilloista voi asettua ehdolle.

Hello!
The general spring assembly of Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry will be held in classroom PR101 on Thursday 5.9.2024 starting at 17:00. Every member of the member guilds in welcome to follow the assembly. The agenda of the meeting is attached to the message. Representatives of the assembly has to have an signed power of attorney, which needs to be shown to the chairperson before the beginning of the assembly.
The treasurer of the board of Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry has informed the chairperson that she is resigning from her position. At the union meeting, a new treasurer will be elected to the board for the rest of the year. We are primarily looking for a member of Atlas ry, but other member guild members can also apply.
