PhD student position at the Department of Physiology, Institute of Biomedicine, University of Turku
The project is focused on studying the regulation of epididymal development and segment-specific gene expression as well as their effects on final sperm maturation and male fertility. The main approach used in the project is studying different gene modified mouse models.
The successful applicant should have an academic degree in biology, biochemistry or biosciences. The position requires highly motivated person with experience in basic molecular biology methods. Experience in handling laboratory mice is an advantage. The applicant should have fluent skills in English.
