Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n hallitus järjestäytyy ensimmäisen kerran keskiviikkona 7.1.2026 Garden Meirami -kokoustilassa (5D104) alkaen klo 16:30. Tähän kokoukseen on mahdollista osallistua myös etänä (linkki etäkokoustilaan). Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille. Kokouksen asialista löytyy tämän viestin liitteenä.

Toimihenkilöksi on mahdollista hakea hallituksen kokouksissa, alkaen tästä ensimmäisestä. Hakeminen tapahtuu lähettämällä viestin allekirjoittaneelle vapaamuotoinen hakemus, joka sisältää millä nimikkeellä hakee toimihenkilöksi ja mikä olisi toimihenkilön työkuva. Hakea voi myös suullisesti hallituksen kokouksissa.

The board of OLuT ry is having their first meeting next Wednesday on the 7th of January 2026 at Garden Meirami meeting room (5D104) starting at 16:30. It is also possible to participate remotely (link to the remote meeting room).The meeting is open to every member of the member guilds. The agenda of the meeting can be found as an attachment of this message.

It is possible to apply for an official position at board meetings, starting from this one. You can apply by sending a free-form application to the person who signed this message. The application should include the title you are applying for as an official and what the official's job description would be. You can also apply verbally at board meetings.
