Haku tuutoriksi lukuvuodelle 2023-2024 aukeaa 2.1.2023 ja jatkuu 5.2.2023 saakka. Tuutoriksi haetaan hakulomakkeella, joka päivitetään
haun sivuille haun alkaessa. Voit samalla hakulomakkeella hakea suomenkielisten ja/tai kansainvälisten tutkinto-ohjelmien uusien opiskelijoiden tuutoriksi tai vaihto-opiskelijoiden kummiopiskelijaksi syksylle 2023 ja/tai keväälle 2024.
Hyvä tuutori on vastuuntuntoinen ja tunnollinen, edennyt omissa opinnoissaan ja ennen kaikkea innostunut ja motivoitunut toimimaan uusien opiskelijoiden apuna alkusyksyn ajan. Tuutorin tärkeimpiä tehtäviin
kuuluu muun muassa yliopistoon ja yliopisto-opiskeluihin tutustuttaminen, opiskelijoiden ryhmäyttäminen, tiedon jakaminen ja perehdyttäminen omaan tutkinto-ohjelmaan yleisellä tasolla.
Tuutoreille maksetaan palkkio, joka on 14,10€/ohjaustunti. Ohjaustunteja tyypillisesti syksyn aikana kertyy 10-15h. Tuutorit tekevät itse oman ohjaussuunnitelman ja suunnittelevat tuutoroinnin aikataulun, joten voit
hyvin aikatauluttaa tuutoroinnin omien opintojesi oheen. Palkan lisäksi voit saada tiedekunnasta riippuen opintopisteitä ja/tai työtodistuksen.
Tuutoreille järjestetään myös vapaaehtoista vertaistoimintaa, jossa pääset tutustumaan muihin tuutoreihin poikkitieteellisesti ja jakamaan kokemuksia muiden kanssa. Näihin kuuluvat esimerkiksi syksyllä
kuukausittaiset tuutoreiden aamupalat!
Jos olet toiminut pienryhmäohjaajana syksyllä 2022, sinun ei ole välttämätöntä osallistua koulutuksiin. Ohjaussuunnitelma täytyy kuitenkin tehdä.

Student tutors are guiding degree-programme students, whereas tutors for exchange students are called kummi students. Tutors are responsible for guiding new students at the beginning of the academic year and introducing them to university studies and student
life. As a tutor, you will get to know the new students, help them in their transition to university studies and experience the first year from a tutor's perspective!
The application for tutors and kummi students for the academic year 2023-2024 opens on
2nd of January and runs until 5th of February, 2023. The application form, which will be updated on
the application page when the application opens, will be used to apply for the position of tutor or kummi. You can use the same application form to apply as a tutor for new students in Finnish and/or international degree programmes or as a kummi student
for exchange students for Autumn 2023 and/or Spring 2024.
A good tutor is responsible and conscientious, has progressed in their studies and, above all, is enthusiastic and motivated to help new students in the beginning of their studies. Student tutor's most
important tasks are helping new student to integrate to university and to the community, familiarize new students with pre-arrival information, other students and the services as well as informing them about the practicalities and the basics of the degree
programme.
Tutors are paid a fee of 14,10€ per tutoring hour based on a completed guidance report. Typical tutoring hours during the autumn are between 10-15h. Tutors make their own tutoring plan and plan their
own tutoring schedule, so you can schedule tutoring alongside your studies. In addition to your salary, you may receive credits and/or a work certificate, depending on your faculty.
There are also voluntary peer activities for tutors, where you can get to know other tutors across disciplines and share experiences with others. These include, for example, monthly tutor breakfasts
in the autumn!
If you have been a tutor or kummi student in Autumn 2022, you don't need to participate in the trainings, but the
guidance plan needs to be done. 🙂
