We are looking for an enthusiastic PhD student candidate to work in the Neuroinflammation research group (http://www.uef.fi/en/web/aivi/tarja-malm-group) in the Academy of Finland funded project “Regulation of neuroinflammation via non-coding RNAs in Alzheimer’s disease”. The project aims at identifying the gene regulatory processes that take place specifically in microglia in healthy brain and during AD development.

A person to be appointed as an early stage researcher shall be qualified to pursue postgraduate studies, i.e. he or she is required to have completed a suitable higher university degree. Positions of early stage researchers shall always be filled for a fixed term (UEF Administrative Regulations, Section 30).
