Moi Histonit! / Hi Histonis!
Joka toinen viikko sähköpostiin kilahtava viikkotiedote kokoaa yhteen tulevat tapahtumat ja muut tärkeät ilmoitusasiat.
Ilmoitusasiat:
* Linnanmaan kiltahuone on taas avattu.
* Kontinkankaan kiltahuone on päätetty avata jäsenistön käyttöön 24/7-kortilla myös arkisin klo. 18 jälkeen ja viikonloppuisin. Ohjeistus kortin kulkuoikeuden päivittämiseen lähetetään pian.
* Jotta kiltalaisten mielipiteet kantautuisivat luotettavaa reittiä hallitukselle, viikkotiedotteen lopusta löytyy jatkossa anonyymi palautelaatikko.
Tulevat tapahtumat:
* 16.9. KV-grillaus * KV-grillaus (KV = kansainvälinen) järjestetään perjantaina 16.9. klo. 18-22 Kurkelantie 11:n grillikatoksella. Tapahtumassa on mahdollisuus saunoa eli opm x2. Mukaan tarvitsee lisäksi omat grillattavat. Nimestä huolimatta, myös suomalaiset opiskelijat ovat tervetulleita.
* 20.9. OLuT ry:n kiusaamisen ja häirinnänvastainen tapahtuma Tapahtuma pidetään Linnanmaalla, Tellus Stagella klo. 17-23. Luvassa on mm. keskustelua kiusaamisesta ja häirinnästä, infoa häirintäilmoituksen tekemisestä sekä rentoa hengailua ja lautapelejä.
* 29.9. Histonin fuksisuunnistus ja fuksiaiset Fuksisuunnistus pidetään klo. 17-20 Toppilansaaressa. Rastinpitäjien ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu sähköpostiin tulleen Forms-kyselyn kautta. Suunnistuksen jälkeen ilta jatkuu Walhallassa, jonne fuksit pääsevät ilmaiseksi, Histonin jäsenet 3 € hinnalla ja muut 5 € hinnalla. Sisäänpääsymaksut kerätään ovella.
* 6.10. Lokakuun Poikkitieteelliset haalaribileet Finanssi ry järjestää aina kuun ensimmäisenä torstaina Poikkitieteelliset haalaribileet Viihdemaailma Ilonassa. Myös poikkareina tunnettu tapahtuma tuo siis nimensä mukaisesti yhteen opiskelijoilta alasta riippumatta. Bileillä on yleensä jokin helposti toteutettavissa oleva teema, joka julkaistaan tapahtuman virallisen mainonnan yhteydessä.
* 7.10. Kontinkangassitsit
Koronan takia perutut Kontinkankaan kiltojen yhteissitsit saadaan vihdoin järjestettyä. Histonien lisäksi sitseille osallistuvat myös Oulun lääketieteellinen kilta, Oulun Hammaslääketieteen kilta sekä Terveystieteiden kilta. Lisätietoa sitseistä on luvassa myöhemmin.

Announcements:
* The Guild room on Linnanmaa Campus has been opened.
* The Guild room on Kontinkangas Campus will be open for Histoni members with a 24/7 Campus Card also after 18:00 on weekdays and on weekends. More instructions on how to get access to your card will be sent out soon.
* For the Board to get the guild members’ opinions from a reliable source, there will be an anonymous feedback box at the end of each newsletter.
Upcoming events:
* 16.9. International BBQ * The international barbecue will be organized on Friday 16.9. from 18-22 at the barbecue shed at Kurkelantie 11. It is possible to go to a sauna at the event so bring your own towel, beverages, and snacks. Despite the name, Finnish students are also welcome.
* 20.9. The anti-bullying and harassment event by OLuT ry The event will be held at Tellus Stage, on the Linnanmaa campus from 17-23. There will be a discussion about bullying and harassment, information about making a harassment report, as well as casual hanging out and board games.
* 29.9. The Freshmen orienteering and fuksiaiset of Histoni The orienteering will take place in Toppilansaari between 17-20. The registration for stand holders can be found in the email about the event. After the orienteering, the evening continues in Walhalla, where Freshmen can get in for free, Histoni members for a 3 € price, and other people for 5 euros. The entrance fees are collected at the door.
* 6.10. October Interdisciplinary Overall Party Finanssi ry organizes the event in Viihdemaailma Ilona, on the first Thursday of each month. As the name suggests. the event brings together students, regardless of the field of study. The parties usually have some easy themes that are published along with the official advertising of the event.
* 7.10. Kontinkangas sittning * The sittning was previously canceled due to covid but is now finally happening. In addition to Histonis there will be students from Oulun lääketieteellinen kilta, Oulun hammaslääketieteen kilta, and Terveystieteiden kilta. More information will be available later.
