Just a reminder for the last board games event of 2023 on Thursday. See you on next Thursday 14.12. starting at 16.00 in Aapistie 7A lobby (Tellus Stage) for board games and some snacks! To join the event, previous experience in board games is not needed! You may also bring your own board games and snacks, if you want. See the previous email below for further information.
We aim to continue these board games events in the spring and the first event will likely take place on Thu 25.1. in the same venue. But we will keep you posted, so stay tuned!

Dear all,
Are you interested in playing board games? Please join us in two days' time, next Thursday 12.10. starting at 16.00 in Aapistie 7A lobby (Tellus Stage) for board games and some snacks! You might have seen us play board games there during the spring, but thanks to Talent Boost Bottoms Up Initiative funding, we are able to open the event for all students and staff in University of Oulu and especially in Kontinkangas campus. The board games have rules in English, are easy to play and short to medium in length (game time) - To join the event, previous experience in board games is not needed! You may also bring your own board games and snacks, if you want.
FYI: The board game events will be organized on following Thursdays, every three weeks until end of the year: Thu 2.11. Thu 23.11. Thu 14.12.
Mark these dates in your calendar already. Everyone working or studying in University of Oulu is welcome to join - see you there!
