Hojo hojo!
Pian lähdetään taas risteilemään muiden Suomen luonnontieteilijöiden kanssa! Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu perjantaina 6.10.2017 klo 8.00.
Jouluristeilylle lähdetään neljän linja-auton voimin Oulusta 30.11. Kello 6 ja 7 välillä, josta muutaman tauon jälkeen pääsemme Tampereelle syömään ja sieltä viimein Turun satamaan, josta lähdemme seilaamaan klo 19.30. Merimatka päättyy 1.12. klo 18.30, josta
siirrymme ripeästi linja-autoihin ja matka takaisin kohti Oulua voi alkaa.
Tänä vuonna Oulun Luonnontieteilijöillä on 193 hyttipaikkaa. Hyttipaikat menevät vanhojen merkkien mukaan nopeasti, joten tule ajoissa jonottamaan. Ilmoittautuminen järjestetään vihreillä naulakoilla perjantaina 6.10. klo 8.00 alkaen. Ilmoittautumisessa voi
itsensä lisäksi ilmoittaa yhden muun henkilön hyttiinsä. Jos yhteisilmottautumisesta jää hyttipaikkoja yli, tarjotaan ne jäsenillemme sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen loputtua. Jos hytti ei tule omasta porukasta täyteen, yhdistelemme vajaita hyttejä yhteen sukupuolen
huomioon ottaen. Emme kuitenkaan ota haalarinväriä huomioon.
OLuTin jäsenet ovat risteilylle etusijalla ja kaikki saavat ilmottautua mihin bussiin haluavat. Risteilyn hinta koostuu bussin hinnasta, hytista sekä ruokailusta. Kaikki laivalle lähtevät velvoitetaan ostamaan yksi ruokailu.
Tarkemmat hinnat tulevat hieman myöhemmin, kunhan bussikulut saadaan varmistettua, kuitenkin viimeistään lokakuun puolenvälin tietämillä. Viime vuosien perusteella bussin hinta-arvio on n. 40€/hlö. Tässä ovat vielä jo varmat hytti- ja ruokailuhinnastot:

A3: 32 € / hlö Jouluillallinen-buffet (torstai-iltana): 35 €
A4: 30 € / hlö Joululounas-buffet (perjantaina): 31 €

B4: 25 € / hlö
E3: 20€ / hlö
E4: 19,5 € / hlö
Hytin nimessä kirjain tarkoittaa hytin luokkaa ja numero paikkojen lukumäärää hytissä.

Hiya!
It’s soon again time to go cruising with the other nature scientists from Finland! The traditional nature scientists’ Christmas Cruise will take place 30.11.-1.12. this year and the registration for the event is on Friday 6.10.17 at the green coat racks.
This year OLuT has cabins for 193 people. The cabins go usually quickly, so come and queue early! The During the registration you can register one other person in addition to yourself. If there are any cabins left after the registration the cabins will be offered
to the members of OLuT per email. If your cabin isn’t filled by your group, we’ll merge the cabins where needed, taking gender, but not colour of the overalls, into consideration.
The members of OLuT come first and everyone can register to any bus they want. The price of the cruise consists of the price for the bus, the cruise and a meal. Everyone at the cruise has to buy one meal.
The accurate cost comes a little later as soon as the price for the bus is confirmed, in the middle of October at the latest. The price for the bus is probably going to be about 40 euros per person counting for earlier years. These are the prices for the cabins
and the meals:
A2: 35 € / pers. Breakfast: 10,5 €
A3: 32 € / pers. Christmas dinner buffet (on Thursday night): 35 €
A4: 30 € / pers. Christmas lunch buffet (on Friday): 31 €
B2: 32,5 € / pers.
B3: 28 € / pers.
B4: 25 € / pers.
E3: 20€ / pers.
E4: 19,5 € / pers.
The letter in the name of the cabin means the class of the cabin and the number means the amount of passengers the cabin can take.
