Researcher / Senior Research Scientist to start biotechology research in Kuopio

We are searching for a leader for a Measuring Human Wellbeing team to be established at our Kuopio office. The team’s core expertise areas will include wellbeing applications of measurement technology for personal nutrition guidance and elderly care diagnostics needs. You will do road mapping surveying the industry and the operations environment. Your tasks will also include project preparation as well as starting up, building and managing a new research team, and creating and maintaining cooperation networks in the Finnish and global scientific community. You will also work directly with customers.

You should have a Master’s degree in technology or natural sciences. A doctoral degree is considered an advantage. We require experience in research or product development as well as excellent written and oral skills in Finnish and English. In addition, you should have the ambition to build large-scope project entities and participate in challenging Finnish and international projects.
