Heipsu histonit!
Etsin alivuokralaista vaihtoni ajaksi mun Tuiran kämppään (Kalliotie 20). Asunto on 33 m2 parvekkeellinen yksiö, johon on tehty viime kesänä parvekeremontti ja joulukuussa 2016 on vaihdettu akkunat. Kalliotieltä on 4 km matka
sekä Linnanmaalle että Kontinkankaalle ja lisäksi vain 2 km matka keskustaan, joten tän kämpän sijainti on biokemistille tosi mainio!
Vuokraan yksiön mieluiten kalustettuna (mm. 8 kg pesukone, 4 hlö ruokailuryhmä, moccamaster, mikro ja 120 cm leviä runkopatjasänky), mutta tästä voidaan neuvotella esim. jos haluat tuoda oman sängyn tai muita omia kalusteita asuntoon niin
voin viedä omat romppeeni pois tieltä :)
Vuokrapyyntö on 430e/kk (sis. vesi ja sähkö). Kerrostaloon on tulossa oma wlan kevään aikana. Asuntoon voi muuttaa maanantaista 6.3. alkaen ja vuokrasopimus tulisi päättymään elokuun 2017 lopulla.

I’m looking for subtentant to my aparment in Tuira (Kalliotie 20). The apartment is 33 m2
one-room flat with balcony. The balcony has been renovated on last summer and windows has been changed on December 2016. Kalliotie is only 4 km apart from both campuses and there is only 2 km way to city center of Oulu so logation of this place is very
good for biochemist!
I would like to rent apartment with furniture (aot. 8 kg washer, kitchen table for 4 people, moccamas, microwave owen and 120 cm wide bed) but this can be negotiated.
Rent is 430e/month (containing water and electricity). Wlan is coming to building during this spring. You can move to this apartment from Monday 6th of March and subtenancy will expire in the end of August 2017.
