BiTa 2024 lähestyy! Tässä viestissä on tärkeää tietoa liittyen tapahtuman aikatauluihin, lipunmyyntiin sekä ainejärjestöjen kiintiöistä.

MIKÄ: Vuoden odotetuin ja paras tapahtuma, BiTa! Viikonlopun mittainen tapahtuma, jossa verkostoidutaan ja rellestetään 🤩 Viikonlopun aikana järkätään muun muassa seminaarit, approt ja sillis!

MISSÄ: Jyväskylä

MILLOIN: 22.3-24.3.2024. Tapahtuma alkaa perjantaina klo 17 ja loppuu sunnuntaina klo 16. Tarkemmat aikataulut ja muut lähetetään ilmoittautuneille myöhemmin.

MAJOITTUMINEN: Tänä vuonna ei järjestetä lattiamajoitusta, mutta Omena Hotels tarjoaa BiTalaisille, nopeimmille varaajille seuraavia alennuksia koodilla NSNBITA24:

LIPUNMYYNTI: Liput tapahtumaan myydään Kide.appissa ENSI viikon tiistaina 6.2 klo 13. Lipun hinta on 25 €. Linkki myyntiin jaetaan ainejärjestöille maanantaina 5.2, joten seuraathan meiliäsi. Ainejärjestökohtainen lipunmyynti sulkeutuu 13.2, jonka jälkeen liput menevät ainejärjestöjen kesken yleiseen jakoon.

WHAT: The best event of the year, Bioscientists annual meeting aka BiTa. There will be networking and reveling! 🤩 During the weekend we'll arrange seminars, appros and sillis!

WHERE: Jyväskylä

WHEN: 22.-24.3.2024. The event starts Friday at 17 and ends Sunday at 16. Specific schedule will be sent for those who have bought the ticket.

ACCOMMODATION: We do not arrange shared accommodation this year, but Omena Hotels offers a discount code for the fastest bookers. The code is NSNBITA24:

TICKET SALE: Tickets for the event are sold in Kide.app NEXT Tuesday 6.2! The price of the ticket is 25€. The link for the ticket sale will be sent for the student unions on next monday 5.2, so please check your email and be ready! The ticket sale for student unions with quotas will close 13.2 and after that rest of the tickets will be sale for everyone.
