This is an instant message following this evening’s decisions by the Government and the University leadership:

Oulun yliopisto siirtyy kokonaan etäopetukseen ja tilat suljetaan opiskelijoilta valtioneuvoston linjauksen mukaisesti

University of Oulu enforces totally distant teaching and the university premises will be closed from students

Jos sinulla on yliopiston tiloissa välineitä, materiaalia tai muuta omaisuutta, ne on haettava tiistain 17.3. aikana. Jos et itse pääse paikalle, pyydä kaveria tuomaan.

If you have any materials and belongings in the university premises, you must fetch them during Tuesday 17.3. If you cannot come yourself, ask your friend.

Kurssien toteutuksesta etäopiskeluna tiedotetaan lisää heti kun järjestelyt etenevät.

Teaching arrangements will be informed as soon as things advance.

The Faculty will do everything possible to make these exceptional circumstances harm the studies as little as possible.
