Oulun luonnontietelijät ry:n hallitus piti vuoden kahdeksannen kokouksensa 11.9.2024  kokoushuoneessa PK 269 Linnanmaan kampuksella sekä team-etäyhteydellä. Alla tiivistelmä kokouksen tärkeimmistä kohdista sekä sähköpostin liitteenä kokouspöytäkirja.

Tulevat tapahtumat:

      12.9. Hurmoksen päivätapahtuma

Hurmoksen päivätapahtuma järjestetään 12.9 Oulun Yliopistolla klo 12:00-17:00.

      17.9. Fuksikisat

Tämän vuoden fuksikisat järjestetään alustavasti kyykkästadionin läheisyydessä alkaen klo 17:00. Tapahtuma on täysin alkoholiton.

      26.9. Fuksisuunnistus

Tämän vuoden fuksisuunnistus järjestetään Oulun Yliopiston alueella 26.9. Jatkopaikkana toimii Mango Discobar. Jatkoille ovet aukeaa 22:00. Jatkoliput myydään kide.app:issa alkaen 19.9 klo 12:00. Jatkolipun hinta fukseille 3€ ja muille 5€. Joukkue ilmoittautuminen on avoinna klo 14-17. Rasteja voi suorittaa klo 20:00 asti.

      29.9 Futisturnaus

Futisturnaus järjestetään 29.9. Oulun normaalikoulun yläasteen jalkapallokentällä. OLuT ry tulee määrittämään tapahtumaan ensiapu- sekä häirintäyhdyshenkilöt.

      10.10 Fuksisitsit

Fuksisitsit järjestetään 10.10 Teekkaritalolla. Sitsilipun hintana toimii 20€ ja tapahtumaan kutsutaan kiltojen puheenjohtajat. Sitsien jälkeen järjestetään jatkot, joiden pääsylippu maksaa 4€. Sitseillä sekä jatkoilla pukukoodina toimii cocktail.

      13.11 OLuT ry:n pikkujoulut

Järjestetään alustavasti 13.11 Teekkaritalolla.

Uusi toimihenkilö:

OLuT ry:n hallitus on valinnut Seliina Järven vuoden 2024 kalenterivastaavaksi. Seliinan tehtäviin kuuluu OLuT ry:n kalenterin ylläpitäminen sekä kehittäminen.

Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry board held it's eight meeting of the year on September 11^th at PK269 and as a virtual meeting in Teams. Below is a short summary of the meeting and attached to this e-mail the meeting minutes(in Finnish).

Upcoming events:

      12.9. Hurmos day event.

@Oulu university from 12 a.m. until 5 p.m.

      17.9. Freshmen competition

This years freshmen competition will be held in the proximity of Kyykkästadion on 17^th of September at 5 p.m.. The event is alcohol free.

      26.9.  Freshmen orienteering

@Oulu University. Afterparty is at Mango discobar at 10 p.m.. Tickets will go on sale in Kide.app on 19^th of September at 12 a.m. For freshmen the ticket price is 3€ and for the rest 5€. The team registration is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the orienteering itself will end at 8 p.m.

      29.9. Football tournament

@Oulun normaalikoulun yläaste. OLuT ry will name a first aid- and a harashment contact person.

      10.10. Freshmen sitning

@Teekaritalo on 10th of October. After the sitning there will be an afterparty. The ticket for the sitning is 20€ and for the afterparty 4€. Dresscode for both the afterparty and the sitning is cocktail.

      13.11. OLuT ry little christmas

OLuT ry little christmas will tentatively be held at Teekkaritalo on 13^th of November
