Vuosi on jo pitkällä, mutta tapahtumia riittää. Tämän vuoksi haluankin muistuttaa ja mainostaa, että OLuT:lla on muiden viestintäkanavien rinnalla käytössä myös tapahtumakalenteri. Kalenterista löytyy kaikki OLuT:n järjestämät tapahtumat.

Tämän lisäksi jokainen OLuT:n alainen ainejärjestö voi halutessaan ilmoittaa omista avoimista tapahtumistaan OLuT:n hallitukselle tai suoraan minulle esimerkiksi sähköpostilla sjarvi22@student.oulu.fi (yritän myös poimia ne kalenteriin mukaan sitä mukaa kun niistä OLuT:n sähköpostilistalla ilmoitetaan), jolloin ne lisätään myös kalenteriiin.

Näin tilaat OLuT:n tapahtumakalenterin:

1. Mene omaan Google kalenteriisi. (Läppärillä, uusia kalentereita ei saa lisättyä puhelimella, mutta ne näkyvät kyllä myös puhelinsovelluksessa, jos lisäät sen läppärillä tai koneella omiin kalentereihin)

2. Paina seuraavaksi “lisää muita kalentereita” - painikkeesta.

3. Klikkaa “tilaa kalenteri” - painiketta.

4. Kirjoita avautuvaan kenttään hallitus.olut@gmail.com .

5. Kalenterin tilaus on valmis.

Toivottavasti tämä helpottaa hieman loppuvuoden aikataulutuksissa.

Hello!

Autumn is well underway, but there are still plenty of events. For this reason, I want to remind and promote that OLuT has an event calendar in addition to other communication channels. The calendar includes all the events organized by OLuT.

Additionally, any student organization under OLuT can report their own open events to the OLuT board or directly to me via email at sjarvi22@student.oulu.fi (I also try to add them to the calendar as they are announced on the OLuT email list), and these will also be added to the calendar.

Here’s how to subscribe to OLuT's event calendar:

1. Go to your Google Calendar. (On a laptop, new calendars can’t be added from a phone, but they do show up in the mobile app if you add them to your calendars on a laptop or computer.)

2. Click on the "Add other calendars" - button.

3. Click the "Subscribe to calendar" - button.

4. Enter hallitus.olut@gmail.com in the field that opens.

5. Your calendar subscription is complete.

I hope this helps a bit with scheduling for the rest of the year.
