Greetings to everyone,
Histoni will be playing baseball 10.6., next Wednesday, on the ONK high/upper elementary school sports field starting at 1800 o'clock. Like always with Histoni's sporting events, everyone is very much welcome to come and enjoy the best and only Finnish national sport. Previous knowledge of the game or the rules is not required in any way, I or someone else will gladly explain the rules to those unfamiliar with them.
You can only expect the unexpected from the finnish summer weather. Therefore if its raining cows and sheep at the zero hour, the game is canceled. Don't even bother showing up if it indeed rains.
Summary
What: Baseball, the national sport of Finland. Where: ONK high/upper elementary school sports field. This is NOT the field the staff vs students football match was played on. You can find the field practically at the northern end of Yliopistokatu. When: Wednesday the 10th of June at 1800 hours. Why: Because baseball is loads of fun.
