The Biochemical Society of Oulu is organizing a trip to visit a local bio-field company in the Oulu region. We will be visiting The Finnish Seed Potato Centre Ltd on Thursday the 2nd of June at 2.30 pm. The visit will include a presentation and a tour in the laboratory premises. The Finnish Seed Potato Centre Ltd was introducing its operation in the Oulu Bioscience Networking Event (OBNE) 2015. It is a leading Finnish company specializing in the production of seed potato, and uses an advantaged aeroponic production method.

This is a great opportunity to get to know new people and see what the local companies do. The visit is free of charge and we will organize carpool rides to the location, which is 30 minutes from the Oulu city center.

The registration is now open also for non-members. The number of attendees is limited and the members of the Biochemical Society take priority.
