We are now strengthening our team with a Customer Solution Manager
As our Customer Solution Manager you will optimize growth and profitability through identifying and executing on key business priorities. You will be responsible for our innovative and unique Customer Benefit Identification (CBI) tools in Finland and new Hepatitis C products. As a development and customer oriented person you know how to collect customer needs and seek in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. Your focus will be in understanding how MSD can provide a clear value proposition for our clients and stakeholder. You will proactively drive the development of our CBI tools and create new ways to demonstrate the value of our treatments and product portfolio to our patients and healthcare professionals.
In this role you will also have an opportunity to coordinate the implementation of marketing and brand plans of our hospital product portfolio. You will be involved in the long-term strategic customer planning as well as the short and mid-term implementation and execution of the brand plans. You will be part of a Nordic Brand Team and will work in close collaboration with our Nordic Brand Leads and Scientific Leaders. However, your role will be focused on driving the value and solution based customer priorities of the business. This role will be critical in driving MSD as a proactive, top collaboration healthcare partner in Finland.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, and a minimum of two years of commercial experience, preferably with Hepatitis C products or portfolio in a marketing or sales related role. Understanding of health economics will be considered as an asset. As a person we hope that you are customer and development oriented, self-motivated and able to both collaborate with various personalities and perform with a high degree of independence. Due to the international dimension of this role, we expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills both in Finnish and in English. This role is based in our Espoo office, but half of your working hours should be allocated to customer meetings outside of the office. This role also requires some additional travelling abroad.
