Tarkennus alkuperäiseen ohjeeseen (jonka lähetin ennen joulua), jotta mahdolliset työnantajat saavat tarkan käsityksen harjoittelijan palkkaamisesta aiheutuvista kuluista:

Koskee vaihtoehtoa, jossa harjoittelu tehtäisiin Oulun yliopiston tutkimusryhmässä:

- harjoittelijan palkka 1373 euroa/kk, vähintään 1,5 kk = 2060 euroa - palkan sivukulut työnantajalle n. 30 % = 618 euroa - työnantajan saama tuki 1000 euroa - täten työnantajalle jää maksettavaa n. 1678 euroa

- ja jos harjoittelu on pitempi kuin 1,5 kk, vastaavasti työnantajan panostus kasvaa, koska tuki on könttäsumma.

Selvittäkää tämä asia, kun juttelette mahdollisen työnantajan kanssa.

This is correction to my mail (before Xmas) so that potential employers get accurate information on the full costs of hiring a trainee:

This concerns only the option to do the supported training at a research group in University of Oulu:

- salary of the trainee 1373 euro/month, for at least 1.5 months = 2060 euro - salary side costs for the employer ca. 30 % = 618 euro - support for the employer 1000 euro - so, total costs for the employer ca. 1678 euro

And if the training is longer than 1.5 months it will cost more for the employer, since the support is a fixed sum.

Please indicate this calculation when you discuss with a potential employer.
