There is a PhD student position available in our research group at the Faculty of biochemistry and molecular medicine, University of Oulu. Our research focuses on the biochemistry and structural biology of myelin-specific proteins and molecular mechanisms of myelin-related inherited disorders.

The position aims to reveal the molecular pathomechanisms of mutations causing Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy, which is the most common inherited neuromuscular disorder.
