I am sorry for my late reply. Just now I determine to change again the topic of next week's work. You will have a exercise titled in "mice sampling, DNA isolation and genotyping", which may need 5 hours x 3-4 days conmitment.

No tutorial material will be provided in this week. But I will show you how to do during next week. You will pay attention to the factors that may be important for genomic DNA isolation.

I accidently deleted Paivi's mail before reading it. Could you please inform her the meesage I mentioned above? It would be very nice of you if you can let all the other students in this group know.
