Hi all, We are looking for a Pro-Gradu/summer student to work on the joint project aiming to the structure determination of tetrameric prolyl-4-hydroxylase (P4H). The work will be done mainly in the Department of Biochemistry in Professor Rik Wierenga's group and it will include protein expression and purification studies as well as crystallization of the purified protein. The work could be a Pro-Gradu project, or just a three-month summer studentship, which could then (but not necessarily) continue as a Pro Gradu work. We are looking for a student, who is close to ending his/her studies. This exciting project can be started as soon as possible. Please contact us if you are interested.
