This module can be taken as part of the compulsory foreign language courses in HuTK and TTK, as an optional course in LuTK and as part of the KIEKUVI package in TaTK. The description is pasted at the bottom of this message.

Student Exchange, 2 op / ECTS credits (1 ov version available for “old” students) Level CEF Level:C1 (Average - Advanced) Course Description / Kurssikuvaus This module is designed for students who intend to leave on a student exchange within the next couple of years. During the module, students carry out a number of reading, writing, vocabulary and oral tasks in preparation for study abroad and receive feedback on their language production. Assessment will be based on the satisfactory completion of the module tasks. The module is completed mainly through web-based and independent study, with a minimal number of compulsory classroom meetings.

Technical requirements: Basic PC and Web-browser skills are required, and students must have easy access to the Internet (email and relatively new versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape are necessary) as the module takes place within a Web-based learning environment.
