Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n kevään liittokokous tulisi pitää huhtikuun loppuun mennessä. Liittokokous joudutaan kuitenkin siirtämään pidettäväksi aikaisintaan kesäkuun 15. päivän jälkeen, sillä edellisen vuoden tilinpäätös ja toimintakertomus ovat kesken. Tästä johtuen vastuunvapautuksesta ei voitaisi päättää asianmukaisesti.

Kevään liittokokous siirretään siis kesälle, jotta kaikki tarvittavat asiakirjat ja toimet vuoden 2023 hallituskaudesta saadaan hoidettua asianmukaisesti toiminnantarkastajalle tarkistettavaksi ennen kokousta. Liittokokouksen uudesta ajankohdasta ilmoitetaan tarkemmin hyvissä ajoin ennen kokousta

The spring union meeting of Oulu Luonontietelijät ry should be held by the end of April. However, the union meeting will have to be postponed until after June 15th at the earliest, as the previous year's financial statements and activity report are not in progress. Due to this, the release of liability could not be decided properly.

The spring union meeting will therefore be postponed to the summer, so that all the necessary documents and actions can be handled properly for the operations inspector to check before the meeting. The new time of the union meeting will be announced in more detail well in advance of the meeting.
