Festival of Cultures juhlii kansainvälisyyttä taas 12.11. klo 10–16 Telluksessa. Tapahtuma kerää eri maista Ouluun tulleet ihmiset yhteen juhlistamaan kulttuurien moninaisuutta ja samalla tarjoaa huikean mahdollisuuden tutustua uusiin ihmisiin ja maailmankuviin.

Tänä vuonna neljättä kertaa järjestettävä festivaali on kasvanut vuosi vuodelta ja tällä kertaa mukana on noin 40 eri kulttuuria kaikilta asutetuilta mantereilta. Tänä vuonna tapahtumassa nähdään myös suomalainen folk-duo Rällä, joka esiintyy yliopiston aulassa kello 12.

Festival of Culturesissa pääset maistelemaan ruokia eri puolelta maailmaa, juttelemaan eri maista tulevien ihmisten kanssa sekä tutustumaan eri maiden musiikkiin, peleihin, kieliin ja tapoihin. Tapahtuma on mahtava tilaisuus hakea inspiraatiota vaihto- tai harjoittelukohteista tai laajentaa omaa maailmankuvaa.

Festival of Cultures will celebrate the internationality of our university again on the 12th of November from 10 to 4 in Tellus. The event gathers people from all over the planet to celebrate and showcase their cultures, which makes it an excellent opportunity to get to discover new people and widen your perspective.

This year, there will be about 40 cultures involved in the festival from all continents except Antarctica. There will also be a special number this year, as the Finnish folk duo Rällä will perform in the event at 12.

In the Festival of Cultures, you get to taste foods from all over the world, talk to people from different countries, get to know new kinds of music, games, languages and ideas. The event is a great opportunity to get inspired and have fun.
