Oulun luonnontieteilijät ry:n hallitus piti vuoden viidennen kokouksensa 7.4.2025 Kiltakommuunilla, Linnanmaan kampuksella. Alla tiivistelmä kokouksen tärkeimmistä kohdista sekä sähköpostin liitteenä kokouspöytäkirja.

Kokouksen pääteemana toimi wapun tapahtumien suunnittelu, liittokokouksen alustavan päivämäärän päättäminen sekä uuden toimihenkilö hakemuksen hyväksyminen.

Tulevat tapahtumat: 15.4. OLuT x LuOpiO sitsit + Dress to impress-bileet       Olutin ja Luopion yhteiset wappusitsit järjestetään 15.4. Oulun Tetrassa. Sitsien jatkopaikkana toimii 45-special, jossa järjestetään Dress to impress - Wappu edition bileet. Jatkojen pääsyliput ovat myynnissä niin kide.appissa kuin 45-specialin ovella. Kide.app lipun hinta 3 €. Ovelta 5 € 17.4. Wapun avajaiset       Wapun avajaiset järjestetään 17.4. Superparkissa sekä Viihdemaailma Ilonassa. Superpark liput ovat loppuunmyyty, mutta jatkolippuja on edelleen saatavissa kide.appissa hintaan 4 €. 23.4. Päiväkännit       Perinteiset OLuT x OTY päiväkännit järjestetään jälleen kerran Kantakrouvissa 23.4. alkaen klo 12:00. 24.4. Wappusuunnistus + AAAAAAAAK       Wappusuunnistus pidetään Oulun Yliopiston piha-alueen pohjoispuoliskolla alkaen klo 14:00. Wappusuunnistuksen jatkoina toimiva AAAAAAAAK, jossa jaetaan mm. vuoden fuksi-palkinto sekä niin OLuT ry:n kuin Humanistinen kilta ry:n suunnistuksen palkinnot, järjestetään Viihdemaailma Ilonassa yhteistyössä Humanistinen Kilta ry:n kanssa alkaen klo 22:00. Jatkoliput löytyvät kide.appista hintaan 3 € sekä Ilonan ovelta hintaan 5 €. 1.5. Wappupiknik       OLuT ry:n jokavuotinen wappupiknik järjestetään 1.5. Linnasaaressa

Kevään 2025 liittokokous:       OLuT ry:n vuoden 2025 kevään liittokokous järjestetään alustavasti 28.4.

Toimihenkilöhakemus:       OLuT ry:n hallitus on nimittänyt Essi Puusaaren OLuT ry:n uudeksi tapahtuma-avustajaksi.

OLuT ry:n 30 v-vuosijuhlat: Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n 30 v vuosijuhlat järjestetään Nallikarin ravintolassa 22.11.2025.

In English! Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry board held it's fifth meeting of the year on 7th of April at Kiltakommuuni on Linnanmaa campus. Below is a short summary of the meeting and attached to this e-mail the meeting minutes(in Finnish).

The main agenda of the meeting consisted of planning the events of wappu, deciding the tentative date for spring general meeting and accepting one official application.

Upcomping events: 15.4. OLut X LuOpiO sittning + Dress to impress - party       The joint wappusittning of OLuT and LuOpiO will be held on 15th of April at Oulun Tetra. The afterparty will be held at 45-special where the Dress to impress party is held starting at 10 p.m. The afterparty tickets are sold in both kide.app for 3 € and at the door of 45-special for 5 €. 17.4. Wappu opening       Wappu opening will be held in Superpark and Viihdemaailma Ilona on 17th of April. The tickets for Superpark are sold out, but the afterparty tickets can still be bought from kide.app for 4 €. 23.4. Daydrinking-event       The traditional OLuT x OTY daydrinking event is held at Kantakrouvi on 23rd of April starting at noon(12 p.m.). 24.4. Wappu-orienteering + AAAAAAAAK       The Wappu-orienteering will be held on the northern half of the University of Oulu courtyard sarting at 2 p.m. The AAAAAAAAK which servers as the afterparty of the orienteering, where the Freshman of the year award and the orienteering prizes of both the OLuT ry and the Humanistinen kilta ry will be awarded, will be organized at Viihdemaailma Ilona in collabration with the Humanistinen kilta ry starting at 10 p.m. Tickets for afterpary can be found on kide.app for 3 € and at the door of Ilona for 5 €. 1.5. Wappupicnic       The annual Wappupicnic of the OLuT ry will be held at Linnasaari on 1st of May.

Spring general meeting of the year 2025:       The OLuT ry spring 2025 general meeting will be tentatively held on 28th of April.

Official application:       OLuT ry board has named Essi Puusari as OLuT ry's new event helper.

30th anniversary of the OLuT ry:       30th anniversary of the OLuT ry will be held at Nallikari restaurant on 22nd of November.
