Histonin hallitus on kokenut tarpeelliseksi järjestää killan ylimääräisen kokouksen 24.10. klo 18:00 Linnanmaan kiltahuonekompleksilla. Kokouksessa käsitellään tilavastaavan eroaminen ja esitetään sääntömuutosta selkeyttämään toimintaa tapauksessa, jossa hallituksen jäsenen erottaminen nähdään tarpeelliseksi.

Kokouksessa valitaan myös uusi tilavastaava loppuvuodeksi, joten jos sinua kiinnostaa hallitustoiminta, tulehan paikalle ja asetu ehdolle! *Jos et pääse kokoukseen paikalle, ilmoita minulle etukäteen halukkuudestasi asettua ehdolle *esimerkiksi sähköpostilla. Asialista on tuttuun tapaan liitteenä.

Hello!

The board of Histoni has seen it necessary to arrange an additional meeting of the guild on October 24th at 6 pm at the Linnanmaa Guild room complex. In the meeting the resignation of the current responsible person for premises is addressed and a new responsible is elected for the rest of the year. Also a change to the rules concerning resignation will be presented.

The meeting will be held mainly in Finnish. The agenda of the meeting is attached to this email. I*f you are willing to run for the new premises responsible but can't make it to the meeting, please contact me* e.g. with email.
