The Biochemical Society of Oulu is a local division of Societas biochemica, biophysica et microbiologica Fenniae (www.biobio.orghttp://www.biobio.org/). Our aim is to bring together bioscientists in Oulu region and provide a platform for networking by organizing company visits and social events. Our members can also apply grants from international organizations (eg. FEBS, FEMS). See more info from our homepage: http://oulubio.org/.

Now you have a great opportunity to join the active society and get the access for the 45th anniversary event. We have a reduced membership fee if you join the society before the end of 2016. For students the rest of the year is free and the following two years are only 10€/year. Normal membership fee is 25€/year.

We will celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Society by organizing a wine tasting evening with a professional wine instructor on Saturday 17th of September at Ravintola Nallikari. Participation costs only 35€ for members and the registration closes already this week, 4th of September.
