Histoni ry:n hallitus kokoontui 15. joulukuuta klo 17:00 Kontinkankaan kiltahuoneella ja etänä Zoomissa. Kokouksessa käsiteltiin mm. seuraavia asioita:

Ilmoitusasiat:

* OLuT ry:n syksyn liittokokousta siirrettiin. Kokous järjestetään 17.12.2021 klo 17:15 Linnanmaan kampuksella kiltakommuunilla sekä etänä Zoomissa. Kokouksessa nimitetään OLuT ry:n hallitukseen jäsenet liittokokousedustajien toimesta sekä käsitellään OLuT ry:n sääntömuutoksia. Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille.

* Oulu Arctic Gamingin järjestämän 10.1.2022 alkavan CS:GO-sarjan (Oulun Akateemisen Kynärisarjan 2022) ilmoittautuminen on auki 31.12.2021 asti.

* Kevätlukukauden ilmoittautuminen on auki 1.12.2021 - 31.1.2022 OILI-palvelussa.

* Rattoradio hakee päätoimitusta vuodelle 2022. Ilmoittautuminen on auki 9.1.2022 asti.

The board of Histoni ry held a meeting on the 15th of December at 17:00 at Kontinkangas Guild room and via Zoom. During the meeting the following topics were discussed:

Announcements:

* The General Assembly of OLuT ry was rescheduled to be on the 17th of December at Linnanmaa campus Guild Complex. In the assembly, the new Board Members are elected, and changes to the rules of the organization are made. The Assembly is open for all the members of the member guilds.

* The CS: GO League organized by Oulu Arctic Gaming begins on the 10th of January. The registration is open until the 31st of December.

* The registration for the spring semester is open from the 1st of December until the 31st of January in OILI.

* The Student Radio for the First of May (Rattoradio) is recruiting editorial staff. The recruitment is open until the 9th of January.

Upcoming Events:

* The Annual Christmas Clean-up of the Guild rooms at 16.12. @Linnanmaa and Kontinkangas Guild rooms

* Picojoule 16.12. @Ilona
