Moooi Histonit! / Hellooo Histonis!
Histoni ry:n hallitus kokoontui 14. tammikuuta klo 17 Kontinkankaan kiltahuoneella. Kokouksessa käsiteltiin seuraavia asioita:
Ilmoitusasiat:
OYY:
* Eevasisko Mehtätalo on valittu Kontinkankaan kiltojen OYY-kummiksi.
* Aktiiviklubi pidetään 27.-29.1.
* Järjestöklubit pidetään 23.3. ja 8.4.
* OYY:n hallitus on järjestäytynyt 9.1. Puheenjohtajaksi valittiin Eetu Leinonen, viestinnästä ja kampuskehittämisestä vastaa Eevasisko Mehtätalo biokemialta.
* Löyly 2020 https://www.loylyoulu.com/ pidetään 23.1. Linnanmaalla. Ilmoittautuminen sulkeutuu 21.1. klo 23:59. Löyly on KV-opiskelijoiden työelämätapahtuma.
* 22.2. OYY järjestää 60-vuosijuhlasitsit Linnanmaan kampuksella keskusväylällä.
* OYY Annos60 vuosijuhlat ovat karkauspäivänä 29.2.
Halloped:
* Halloped-koulutus järjestettiin Pikku-Syötteellä 11.-12.1. BMTK:n hallopedit, Susanna Kirsilä, Eevasisko Mehtätalo ja Iida Nikkinen ottivat osaa koulutukseen.
* BMTK:ssa hallopedien paikkoja on vielä auki, joten OYY avaa täydennyshaut alkuvuodesta.
OLuT ry:
* Uusi hallitus on valittu! Viljami Viinikka toimii uutena puheenjohtajana, biokemialta Anna Puronurmi valittiin fuksivastaavaksi ja Bence Berki tiedotusvastaavaksi.
* OAMK ry järjestää bussikyydin Akateemisen kyykän MM-kilpailuihin Tampereelle. Tilaa on vielä osallistujille.
Muut:
* Eevasisko Mehtätalo valittiin vuosijuhlavastaavaksi.
* Puhuimme Oulun yliopiston snapchatin varaamisesta viikoksi biokemialle. Yhteyshenkilö: Iida Putkonen (iida.p@windowslive.com, 0504413844). Kuka tahansa biokemian opiskelija, joka olisi halukas snäppääjä voi varata viikon itselleen.
* Histonin edustajat tapaavat Koulutuspalveluja 28.1.
* Linnanmaan kylmien autopaikkojen käyttöoikeus muuttuu 1.1.2020 eteenpäin. Paikat täytyy nykyään varata eParking-järjestelmän kautta HAKA-tunnuksilla.
* Kiltalehti Supernatantti etsii toimitusta 2020. Toimitukseen voi ilmoittautua sähköpostitse mediavastaavalle osoitteeseen Bence.berki@student.oulu.fimailto:Bence.berki@student.oulu.fi
* Histoni ry:n nettisivut uudistuivat! www.histoniry.fihttp://www.histoniry.fi/ löytyy nyt muun muassa palautelaatikko ja tapahtumakalenteri.
* Histoni ry on päättänyt suositella joitakin jäseniään OYY:n akateemisten kunniamerkkien saajiksi.
* Kokouksessa käytiin läpi palautekysely 2019 –tuloksia.
* Haut pienryhmänohjaajiksi ovat auki.
* Histoni ry etsii tarjoilijoita Kulti ry:n kanssa järjestettäville sitseille. Jos olet kiinnostunut, niin ilmianna itsesi!

Histoni ry’s board held a meeting on 14th of January at 17 at Kontinkangas guildroom. During the meeting the following topics were discussed:
Announcements:
OYY:
* Eevasisko Mehtätalo has been chosen to be the OYY-godmother for the Kontinkangas guilds.
* Active Club will be held on 27.-29.1.
* Organization clubs will be held on 23.3. and 8.4.
* OYY’s board has organized on 9.1. Eetu Leinonen was chosen as the chairman, and Eevasisko Mehtätalo from biochemistry is in charge of communications and campus development.
* Löyly 2020 https://www.loylyoulu.com/ will be held on 23.1. at Linnanmaa. Sign up closes on 21.1. at 23:59. Löyly is a worklife event for international students.
* 2.2. OYY is organizing 60-yearsittnings at Linnanmaa campus’ central lane.
* OYY Annos60 annual ball will be held on 29.2.
Halloped:
* Halloped training was held at Pikku-Syöte on 11.-12-1- BMTK's hallopeds Susanna Kirsilä, Eevasisko Mehtätalo and Iida Nikkinen took part in the training.
* There are still halloped positions open in BMTK so OYY is opening the sign up again.
OLuT ry:
* The new board has been elected. Viljami Viinikka is the new chairman, Anna Puronurmi and Bence Berki from biochemistry were chosen as freshman representative and communications representative.
* OAMK ry is organizing a bus ride to Tampere for the world championship of Academic kyykkä. There is still room for participants.
Other:
* Eevasisko Mehtätalo has been selected as the annual ball representative.
* We talked about booking the University of Oulu’s snapchat account for biochemistry for a week. The contact person: Iida Putkonen (iida.p@windowslive.com, 0504413844). Any biochemistry student who wants to be the snapchatter can book the week to themselves.
* Histoni’s representatives will meet with the Education services on 28.1.
* Linnanmaa’s cold parking spots access rights are changing from 1.1.2020 onward. The spots now have to be reserved using eParking-system with HAKA-account.
* The guild magazine Supernatantti is looking for editorial staff for 2020. If you want to be involded in the making of Supernatantti, contact the media representative Bence.berki@student.oulu.fimailto:Bence.berki@student.oulu.fi
* Histoni ry’s website has been renewed! www.histoniry.fihttp://www.histoniry.fi/ now has a feedback box and event calendar.
* Histoni ry has decided to recommend some of its members to be given the OYY’s academic honorary badge.
* We went through the results of the feedback survey 2019 in the meeting.
* The search for the tutors is open.
* Histoni ry is looking for waiters for the sittnings with Kulti ry. If you are interested let us know.
