Lukujärjestystiedot lukuvuodelle 2026–2027

Jätä opintojaksojesi lukujärjestystiedot lukuvuodelle 2026–2027 Webropol-lomakkeella. Tiedonkeruu Webropolilla ei koske avoimen yliopiston toteutuksia, lääketieteellistä tiedekuntaa, biokemian ja molekyylilääketieteen tiedekuntaa eikä Linguaa.

Täyttöohjeet löytyvät kyselystä. Lisäksi löydät erilliset ohjeet Pation Lukujärjestyssuunnittelu-sivun osiosta Lukujärjestystietojen antaminen Webropol-lomakkeella: Ohjeet. Voit myös katsoa ohjevideon lomakkeen täyttämisen tueksi. 

• Täytä lomake jokaisen toteutuksen osalta (koko lukuvuoden ja / tai lukukauden toteutukset). 
• Lähtökohtaisesti toteutuksesta täytetään yksi lomake. Mikäli toteutus niin vaatii, voivat opettajat täyttää opetuksen eri osioista omat lomakkeet (esim. KPKT:n taide- ja taitoaineet).
• Täytä lomake silloinkin, kun kyseessä on esimerkiksi kypsyysnäytteen toteutus, jolle ei tehdä lukujärjestystä. Tällaisen toteutuksen kohdalla kyselyssä ei tarvitse täyttää lukujärjestystä koskevia tietoja. 

Voit tallentaa ja muokata vastauksiasi sunnuntaihin 8.2.2026 saakka. Vastausten lähettämisen jälkeen voit ladata niistä PDF-tiedoston.

LUKA-pilotissa (Lukujärjestystyön automatisointi) osa lukuvuoden 2026–2027 toteutuksista suunnitellaan tekoälyavusteisesti. Kyselyssä on sekä tekoälyn hyödyntämiä kysymyksiä lukujärjestyksen suunnittelussa että kysymyksiä, jotka tukevat lukujärjestysten tekijää ja Pepin toteutustietojen täyttämistä. Vastaathan kaikkiin kysymyksiin mahdollisimman tarkasti.

Ongelmatilanteissa olethan yhteydessä tiedekuntasi opintopalveluihin.

Palautetta Webropol-lomakkeesta kerätään tiedonkeruun päättymisen jälkeen helmikuussa.

Timetable information for the academic year 2026–2027

Submit timetable information of your courses for the academic year 2026–2027 using the Webropol form. Collecting timetable information by using Webropol does not apply to Open University implementations, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine, and Lingua.

Instructions for completing the form can be found in the survey. You can also find separate instructions on the Patio Timetable planning page under Timetable information using the Webropol form: Instructions. You can also watch an instructional video to help you complete the form.

• Fill out the form for each implementation (implementations for the entire academic year and/or term).
• As a rule, one form is filled out for each implementation. If the implementation requires it, teachers can fill out their own forms for different parts of the teaching (e.g. FEP arts and crafts subjects).
• Please fill the form even if the implementation is, for example, a maturity test for which no timetable is created. In such cases, you do not need to fill the timetable-related questions.

You can save and edit your answers until Sunday, February 8, 2026. After submitting your answers, you can download a PDF file of them.

As part of the LUKA development project (Automation of Timetabling Work), some of the timetables will be planned utilizing AI. The survey includes both questions utilized by AI for timetable planning, and questions that support the timetable planner and the completion of implementation information in Peppi. Please answer all questions as accurately as possible.

Feedback from the Webropol form will be collected after the end of data collection in February.
