Sinua pyydetään osallistumaan tutkimukseen, jossa selvitetään, miten marjojen syöminen vaikuttaa kehon solujen väliseen viestintään terveillä ihmisillä. * Solut viestivät toisilleen vesikkeleillä eli eräänlaisina viestirakkuloina toimivina nanopartikkeleilla. Viime vuosina nämä solunulkoiset vesikkelit ovat herättäneet kasvavaa kiinnostusta tiedeyhteisössä, sillä ne edustavat merkittävää ja aiemmin vähän tunnettua solujen viestintämekanismia. Etsimme 18-50 -vuotiaita, terveitä vapaaehtoisia tutkimukseen. In recent years, these extracellular vesicles have attracted growing scientific interest, as they represent an important, yet previously less understood, mechanism of intercellular communication. We are seeking healthy volunteers aged 18–50 years. The study includes a one-week dietary intervention, during which participants will be randomly assigned to consume either cloudberries or lingonberries twice per day (1.5 dl per serving). The research team will provide the berries for home use. The study involves two sampling visits at Oulu University Hospital (before and after the intervention).
