Fixed term contract opportunities for 12 or 18 months.

Customer Services Representative role includes: * Answering telephone calls, emails and letters * Handling a broad range of customer queries * Helping to investigate complex client queries * General administration and processing work * Ensuring deadlines and service standards are achieved.

Candidates will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in Finnish and/or Swedish and English. You will also need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines, have a proactive attitude and genera! lly understand the importance of excellent customer service.

No financial experience is necessary as a full training will be given.
