New Biocenter Oulu website is up and running

Hi all, The Biocenter Oulu has now a new website which is based on the University template (Drupal-system). The new address for the website is: http://www.oulu.fi/biocenter/ The old address still shows the old website but that will soon change and after that it will just redirect to the new site. All the direct links pointing to 'biocenter.oulu.fi' subpages will stop functioning at that time. http://biocenter.oulu.fi/ will stay in use but it's preferable to use the new http://www.oulu.fi/biocenter/ address from now on. The group pages are still a work-in-progress but they will be updated to match the new annual information as soon as the new material is available. It now has the old texts from the old website (without any pictures). If you would like add something in the mean time, please let me know. If there are any additions to the Core Facility pages, please let me know also. Any feedback is appreciated, Thanks! Hei, Yliopistolla käydään helmi-maaliskuun aikana 2012 henkilökunnan kehityskeskustelut. Kehityskeskustelujen käytännön järjestämisestä ja ohjeista tullaan tiedottamaan erikseen lähiaikoina. Vuonna 2012 arviointikeskustelut vaati- ja henkitasoista käydään vain, jos tehtävässä on tapahtunut oleellisia muutoksia vuoteen 2011 nähden. Kehityskeskustelukierros aloitetaan yksikön yhteisellä tavoitekeskustelulla, jota BCO:n osalta palvelee ensi tiistaina 17.1.2012 klo 9-10 järjestettävä Missä Mennään tilaisuus. The developmental discussions of the university staff will take place in February-March 2012. Information of practical arrangements and instructions for the developmental discussions will be provided separately shortly. In 2012 evaluation of the demand and performance level will be carried out only if substantial changes have occurred since 2011. The developmental discussion round will be started with a common discussion on strategic goals and operations of the institute. The Missä Mennään session on Tuesday 17.1.2012 at 9-10 am in F202 will serve as the common discussion of BCO. The information given by Johanna Myllyharju will be in Finnish and the discussion in Finnish and English.
