Hei Kaikki Kieppiläiset, Koska BCO:n seminaariohjelma olikin muuttunut, kolme KIEPPI seminaariamme osui samalle päivälle. Tämän johdosta KIEPPI seminaariohjelmaamme täytyi päivittää. Hei Kaikki Biocenter kieppiläiset ! Hyvää vuotta 2006 ja kiitos vuodesta 2005. Kiitos kaikille myös kivoista ja ensimmäisistä kieppitiulojemme ja porukan pikkujouluistamme. Ohessa kevään kieppiseminaarisarjamme ohjelma. Olen punaisella merkannut kokoukset, jotka ovat koko henkilökunnalle yhteisten asioiden infoa ja keskustelua varten. Seminaarin sarjan aloittaa Johan Löfgren 26.1. Huomatkaa poikkeava aika 13.30-14.30 - Hall 116B. Molemmat salit olivat varattuina 12-13 ajalle. Toivotan, että ohjelma kiinnostaa teitä ja toivotan samalla kaikille mielenkiintoista kevätkautta. Tervetuloa omaan seminaariimme, Terveisin, Seppo Dear fellows in Biocenter Kieppi ! Jos haluatte ostaa pizzapaloja -50% alennuksella hintaan 25snt/kpl, niin voitte hakea niitä kahvihuoneen jääkaapista ja merkitä pöydälle olevaan listaan nimen ja kappalemäärän. Windows Update

Hei, Kun lopetatte työskentelyn omilla koneillanne tänään, älkää sammuttako koneita vaan kirjautukaa vain ulos. Tämä varmistaa että uusimmat korjauspäivitykset asentuvat, koska useimmilla koneilla yleensä on asennusajankohdaksi määrätty 3.00 yöllä (Windows-oletus). Tarkistakaa myös että automaattinen päivitys on päällä. Suurimmalla osalla varmaan onkin jo päivitykset ajantasalla. This will ensure that the new Windows security update will be installed (Most machines use the Windows default 3.00am. for installing updates). Hei, Microsoft on saanut valmiiksi kriittisen päivityksen käyttöjärjestelmiinsä joka korjaa viimeisen tietoturva-aukon. Se löytyy Microsoftin Update sivuilta. Suurimpaan osaan koneista se asentunee automaattisesti parin päivän sisään. Muistaka päivittää myös kotikoneet. ---- Hi, Microsoft has released the critical update for the latest security vulnerability. It can be found @ Microsoft's Update website.
