DWA_välinehuolto: Kiepin välinehuolto suljettu 20.10.-27.10. DWA unit in Kieppi is closed during 20.10. - 27.10.

Hei kaikki välinehuollossa on henkilökuntavajausta. Kampuksella on huomisesta perjantaista alkaen ja koko ensi viikon ainoastaan yksi välinehuoltaja, jonka työskentelee BMTK:n välinehuollon tiloissa palvellen koko kampusta. Kiepin välinehuoltopistettä käyttäville tiedoksi, että tiskit pitää kuljettaa itse BMTK:n välinehuoltoon huoneeseen F025 ja takaisin. Autoklaavi on huoneessa F043A, jonne viedään autoklavoitavat tavarat. Välinehuoltajan tavoitat puhelinnumerosta 050 350 5779, sis puh nro: 481146 Kiitokset yhteistyöstä. terveisin virpi P.S. Toivottavasti käytätte tätä palvelua, ettei labroihin keräänny suuria määriä tiskejä. Pienemmät erät on aina helpompi kuljettaa välinehuoltoprosessien kautta kuin suuret vuoret. LTK:n kampuksen puomialueen puomit käyttöön 17.10.2017 alkaen / LTK campus parking area barrier system operational from 17.10.2017

Hei, Puomitetulle alueelle (Liite) pääsee sisään ajamalla auto puomikoneiston kyljessä olevan lukijalaitteen lähelle ja käyttämällä kulunvalvontatunnistetta lähellä lukijaa jolloin puomi avautuu, alueelta poistuttaessa tunnistetta ei tarvitse käyttää vaan auto ajetaan puomin lähelle jolloin puomi avautuu automaattisesti - asfalttiin upotetut induktiosilmukat tunnistavat auton ja puomi nousee ylös. Puomikoneistot ovat käytössä ympäri vuoden. Käyttäjiä pyydetään huomioimaan lämmityskausi 1.11.2017-30.4.2018 jolloin puomiparkkiin/patologian lämmityspaikoille (5B) saa jättää auton ainoastaan lämpöpaikan haltijat, muuna aikana autopaikat ovat vapaasti henkilökunnan käytettävissä. You can enter the closed barrier parking area and open the barrier by driving next to the reader on the barrier enclosure and using your identity card. When you leave the parking area, you don't need to use the card because the induction loops embedded in the asphalt recognize the vehicle and open the barrier automatically. The barrier system is in use whole year round. Please note that during the heating period (1.11.2017-30.4.2018) the barrier parking area and the pathology department heating places (5B) are reserved only for the car heating post permit holders. From: th-tiedote Sent: 5. syyskuuta 2017 14:16 To: Univ-asiakkaat <univ-asiakkaat(a)puru.oulu.fi> Subject: Kiristyshaittaohjelma Oulun ylipiston tietojärjestelmässä / Ransomware in University of Oulu information system Oulun yliopistoon tietojärjestelmään on levinnyt kiristyshaittaohjelma ServiceDeskin kautta. ServiceDeskiin on tullut sähköpostilla lähetetty liitetiedosto, jonka sisältämä haittaohjelma salaa käyttäjän henkilökohtaisen tietokoneen tiedostot sekä yhteiset levyjaot joihin käyttäjällä on kirjoitusoikeudet. Tyypillisesti tällaisia hakemistoja ovat käyttäjän oma kotihakemisto ja yksikön yhteinen levyjako. Ainakin yksi yliopiston työntekijöistä on avannut tiedoston jolloin haittaohjelma on salannut käyttäjän työaseman tiedostojen lisäksi niiden verkkohakemistojen tiedostot, joihin käyttäjällä on ollut oikeudet. Haittaohjelma vaatii tiedostojen vapauttamisesta lunnaita, mutta noudatamme yleistä ohjeistusta ja lunnaita ei makseta. Tässä vaiheessa käyttäjiltä ei vaadita toimenpiteitä. Tietohallinto palauttaa kryptatut tiedostot varmuustallennuksistaan. Käyttäjiä muistutetaan tarkkaavaisuuteen ja harkintaan käsiteltäessä Internetistä tulevia tiedostoja, tulivatpa ne lataamalla linkistä, sähköpostilla tai ServiceDeskin kautta. -- Tietohallinto Ransomware has spread to University of Oulu information system from ServiceDesk. Ransomware has come to ServiceDesk via email which contained contaminated attachment. Opening an attachment file launch ransomware whish encrypts user computer files and connected network drives where user has write permissions. Typically connected network drives are user own home directory and unit shared network drive. At least one University employee has open file and ransomware has encrypt user computer files and connected network drives where user has write permissions. Ransomware requires ransom to release files but we follow the general guidelines and no ransom is paid. Users are not required to take action at this stage. IT Administration Services returns encrypted files from the backups. Users are reminded of attention and consideration when processing files from the Internet whether they are downloading from the link, by email or from ServiceDesk. - IT Administration Services
